Our total liability for any claim related to billing or payment is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Venue:
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.

These Billing Terms and Conditions, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Automotion Pro regarding billing matters and supersede all prior agreements.
