At Automotion Pro, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

2. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

• Orders can be canceled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or shipped
• If your cancellation request is received in time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method

3. Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
